The Irony of Fear

People are not that scary! Our conversations about them are scary, that’s all.

We often spend our entire life being scared of someone or people who we are in constant contact with.  Family members, work colleagues, bosses, partners etc. The irony is they are also scared of people. Racism, hatred, anger are all based in fear of something around that person or thing. The bully is scared of not getting the most – attention, cake, respect etc. They have to force it instead of letting it come naturally. Health – the final frontier

I had someone walk in my door this week and they had a tummy upset that had gone on for four days. We were on the phone daily and I was aware this person was getting more and more frustrated and worn down by the vomiting, no sleep and generally feeling yucky! (That’s a technical term we use!)  I asked her to go with it and ride out the storm at a stage when she wanted to go to the doctor and see what it was.
