Our teleseminars are designed to help and support Mums and Dads on their journey into parenting. They are not your text book bog standard snippets of information we promise that. This information has come from many years experience of working as health professionals with Mums and Dads. Pregnancy is the foundation to you and your baby’s future, why not do the best you can at this important stage? The half hour session is full of information, and more importantly principles, that will give you a greater understanding of how you can best be prepared for your birth and recovery. Physically and emotionally this will be the most demanding role your body has ever undertaken and we do not underestimate that. We have seen many people struggle through and have a tough time for years. We promise you it does not need to be that way.

There are 30 minutes of information followed by a 10 minute Q & A . Our Q & A is also different – we do something called ‘peel the onion’ where we go beneath the surface question to provide much greater understanding.
